Right now, many of us are struggling and our world has been turned upside down. I’m sure that your whole life has changed and simple activity like going to work has become extremely difficult. With everything that’s going on it’s understandable if you’re experiencing depression or anxiety, and I’m happy that you have taken the time to seek help. I want you to understand that it is okay to feel how you’re feeling right now, and you have just taken the first step to help yourself find a new path forward. No matter your goal whether you’re just trying to feel better or trying to find the mental fortitude to excel at your sport.
